A Culinary Road Trip! Tuesday, October 22nd, 6-8PM

Join us as Chef Jamie whips up his daring takes on some regional classics! We'll be enjoying the best New York City has to offer with a Deli-Meets-Pizza-Joint fusion in the form of Corned Beef & Cabbage Pizza, topped with an Irish Cheddar Cream Sauce, Paysanne Potatoes, and a Green Onion Garnish. Next, we're tripping down to Texas with a Loaded Cowboy Hot Dog, topped with Jamie's Award Winning Brisket, Cowboy Beans, Fresh Pickled Jalapeno & Onion Relish, and finished off with a creamy slaw. We'll hit up the West Coast with a So-Cal burrito stuffed with Bulgogi Beef, Hot Chili Garlic Shrimp, Quick Kimchi Fried Rice, Pickled Daikon, and a Gochujang Crema. For dessert, we're headed to the Deep South for Georgia Peach Pie Cinnamon Rolls, topped with a decadent Cream Cheese Icing, Bruleed Peaches, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Crispy Pie Crust Crumbles!
