A Route 66 Burger Tour with Jamie! Wednesday, May 21st, 6-8PM

Demo Class: We’re hitting the open road with this Burger Joint Menu! We’re feasting on favorites like La Campechana: a burger with a fresh ground brisket patty, smoked Texas sausage, Chorizo, Refried Bean "Mayo", Roasted Green Chili, Pickled Jalapenos & Onions, topped with Chimichurri, then taking it across the Pacific with a Hawaiian inspired lettuce wrapped burger topped with grilled pineapple, grilled Spam, red bell pepper, red onion and Teriyaki Mayo! This menu will be accompanied by Jamie’s Fry Medley of onion rings, jalapeno strips, pickles, and house made ranch, hand-cut fries with green chile short rib queso, a grilled peach & corn fruit salad, and strawberry cheesecake galette for dessert!
