A Scandi Christmas with Olivia! Tuesday, November 28th, 6-8PM

The traditions of Scandinavia are coming to Minot with this festive and comforting class! We’ll be exploring the Nordic North through food, including a Lemon and Herb Baked Salmon Dip, a Spicy & Sweet Roasted Ham, New Potato Salad, Danish Red Cabbage, Finnish Meatballs with Curried Saffron Rice, and to top off the night, Soft Gingerbread Cookies served with Glögg!
