BBQ Thanksgiving with Jamie! Wednesday, November 19th, 6-8PM

It’s not Thanksgiving without our favorite BBQ chef heating up the smoker! Chef Jamie from LBJ Texas BBQ and Catering is putting on a terrific Turkey-Day spread! Starting with an appetizer trio of Ginger Cranberry Glazed St. Louis Ribs, Pork Belly Al Pastor Bites & Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, we’re then diving right into the main event! Citrus Brined Smoked Turkey is the star of this show, with Dr. Pepper Smoked Ham, smoked sausage dressing, buttery smashed potatoes & gravy, smoked green bean casserole, & smoked cranberry onion jam rounding out the plate! Dessert is toffee Shortbread Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars!
