Brunch Around the Country with Jamie! Monday, September 29th, 6-8PM

We’re traveling the country with Chef Jamie from LBJ Texas BBQ for the most important meal of the day: Brunch! First stop is New England for a “Lobster Roll” Benedict with thick cut bacon, soft poached eggs, and Old Bay Hollandaise & Old Bay oven fries! Next we’re in northern Mexico for Chilaquiles Rojos, a classic Mexican breakfast with homemade tomato and chile sauce, shredded chicken, runny eggs, the works! We can’t forget Texas, where the classic Chicken Fried Steak and Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits topped with jalapeno sausage gravy is calling our names! We’re finishing out this trip with Maple Bourbon Cinnamon Rolls, so come hungry!
