Chili Nights with Jamie! Tuesday, October 14th, 6-8PM

 It’s getting nippy outside, which means it’s time for Chef Jamie of LBJ Texas BBQ and Catering to teach us how to make 3 fantastic chili recipes! We’ll be feasting on Smoked Brisket Texas Red Chili (NO BEANS!) served with Green Chili & Gooey Cheesy Cornbread, White Chicken Chili with warming Mexican spices and Mini Chicken Flautas, & New Mexican Pork Chile Verde, a blend of roasted chiles, onions, tomatillos, garlic, and Jamie’s famous Pulled Pork, served with Chihuahua Cheese, Mexican Crema, and a pulled pork quesadilla wedge! We can’t forget dessert, a Mexican Hot Chocolate Brownie Sundae!
