Christmas in Mexico with Jamie! Monday, Dec. 14th, 6-8PM

Demo Class: ¡Feliz Navidad! Chef Jamie Price is taking us south of the border with this festive menu! We’re starting with Ponche Naviendo, a traditional Christmas fruit punch, and Molotes Oaxaquenos de Papa y Chorizo, corn flour based empanadas served with Black Bean Puree & Salsa Pasilla! For the soup course, we’ll be making Caldo de Oso, the famous catfish soup from Chihuahua, then on to Chiles en Nogada, stuffed roasted poblanos, and Hojarascas y Champurrado, traditional cinnamon shortbread cookies and the best Mexican hot chocolate!
