Hands-On Class: We’re rolling up our sleeves and learning the basics of French cooking alongside Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking! We’ll be learning how to make the perfect souffle, debone a chicken for Coq au Vin, as well as the pastry technique for Pate Sucre for chocolate tarts! This class will include recipes as well as time to eat, all you need to bring is a friend and an apron!
