Cooking in the Dark! Friday, Oct. 9th, 6-8PM

Hands-On Class: We’re partnering with the North Dakota Association of the Blind to put on this special hands-on class! Vision impairment affects approximately 9 million Americans, so in anticipation of White Cane Awareness Day on October 15th, we’re learning what it’s like to cook without being able to see! We’re making Chili and Cornbread blindfolded, along with Loaded Potato Skins and finishing the evening with an Apple Cobbler! As we’ll be cooking in pairs, we recommend coming with a friend to this fun and informative class! Friday, October 9th, 6-8PM
