Cooking In The Dark! Thursday, April 30th, 6-8PM

We're partnering up with the North Dakota Association of the Blind to bring you a unique cooking class experience: Cooking in the Dark!

This guided, hands-on class is an exciting opportunity to learn about food through senses beyond sight.  Trampes Brown, our guide for Dining in the Dark, will teach us how to cook blindfolded. Our menu will feature Caesar Salad Boats, Shrimp Gazpacho, Flank Steak Quesadillas with homemade Tortillas & fresh Pico de Gallo, and Key Lime Coconut Bars for dessert.

Participants are encouraged to sign up with a friend as this will be a partner-based cooking class. Net proceeds from this class will benefit the North Dakota Association of the Blind and their mission of awareness and education. Come experience food through a different lens!
