Italian Thanksgiving with Jamie! Monday, Nov. 16th, 6-8PM

Demo Class: We’re taking classic Thanksgiving flavors and giving them an Italian twist! Chef Jamie Price is whipping up a special special menu including a Crostini Duo with Roasted Grapes and a Whipped Lemon Mascarpone Gorgonzola alongside a Baked Artichoke & Fontina Crostini, topped with Seared Shrimp! We’ll be feasting on Braised Short Rib & Butternut Squash Cannelloni, Citrus Marinated Roast Turkey Breast, Italian Sausage Stuffing, Roasted Fennel & Parmesan Gravy, Pumpkin Ricotta Polenta & Roasted Veggies, finishing the evening with a Pumpkin Tiramisu!
