Demo Class: Chef Chantel Hillestad is back for the holidays with a menu inspired by her good friend, Chef Mandi Casey! Chantel will be making Mandi’s Devils on Horseback, dates filled with creamy Gorgonzola and wrapped in prosciutto, a flavorful Autumn Bisque, Shrimp Marsala, and Pot de Creme Pistache for dessert!
