We’re headed to the great subcontinent of India to experience the vibrant food of this bustling country–all from the Gourmet Chef kitchen! Chef Karen is making Fruit Chaat (a sweet and spicy fruit salad), Onion Bhajis (a well spiced and fried onion ring served with chutney), Chicken Biriyani with spiced Basmati rice, Mango Chutney, and Mango Lassi for dessert!
