Texas Hill Country Favorites w/ Jamie! Monday, Sept. 28th, 6-8PM

Demo Class: Chef Jamie is back in the Gourmet Chef kitchen and whipping up a Texas-sized feast that’ll make you say “Yee-haw!” Inspired by his love of the Texas Hill Country, Chef Jamie will be whipping up his spin on Burnt Bean BBQ Co.’s Brisket Huevos Rancheros featuring his award winning Brisket on a crispy tostada with scratch refried beans, a sunny side up egg and zesty ranchero sauce! Then we’re headed to Gruene with a seafood basket of Comal River faves including a Texas Torpedo stuffed with shrimp and smothered in TX Peachy Jalapeno BBQ glaze, Jalapeno Crawfish Corn Chowder, & Corn Dusted Catfish Bites with housemade tartar sauce. For our entree we’ll be enjoying a Shiner Bock Marinated Flank Steak with crispy garlic red potatoes and brussels sprouts topped with Shiner Bock Gorgonzola cheese sauce and a smoky Mezcal Chimmichurri.
