The Great Hot Dog Road Trip w/ Karen! Friday, June 12th, 6-8PM

We're elevating the humble hot dog into something truly gourmet on this special 1-night road trip! Chef Karen will be teaching us how to craft the perfect Chicago Dog, complete with a pickle spear, sports peppers, tomatoes, mustard and homemade relish on a poppy seed bun, as well as introducing us to the Carolina Dog with homemade chili, chopped onions, & coleslaw! Next we'll head to Seattle where they do hot dogs with caramelized onions, homemade cream cheese spread & jalapenos, and we can't forget the San Francisco Bacon Wrapped Dog, topped with grilled onion and pepper, jalapenos, and all the fixings!
